Good morning folks.
As we approach vacation time, many of you will be setting up your
autoresponder to let those who send you an e-mail know you will be
unable to respond until your return. This is a very handy tool!
However, before you leave for your holiday, please set your mail
distribution options for the list to NOMAIL. Should you neglect to do
this all messages sent to your address from the list will be
automatically replied to by your autoresponder. The members of the list
will each receive a messages telling us you are away.
