You may also do that if you're using AOL 4.0 or AOL 5.0. You don't have to
change any settings, though.

A couple of problems are:

1) The files inserted (must be picture files) in the body of the email
can only be "read" by recipients also using AOL 4.0 or AOL 5.0

2) Attached files do transmit.

My solution for that is to either:

a) Send the email twice; once for those who can use that feature & once
for those who can't.

b) Insert the file into the email and also attach the file. This one
obviously isn't a "winner" for those who pay an increased cost for their
usage depending on the length of downloaded attachments.
