Dear SW List: Attached is a file named axial5. The attached file shows one way to write Stefan's second question...it shows a wrist movement only - the forearms do not move - it is only the wrist moving. Again the second position saves it - without knowing the palm facing at the end, the sign could be mis-read in another way - so I like the second position written at the end no matter what...
