Question, "which" ASL Dictionary? There is no such thing as a "single"
definitive "ASL" dictionary. Are you referring to Stokoe notation or
HamNoSys notations which are based on single signed languages, or Sign
Writing which is based on movements of all body parts of humans,
animals, and insects, and I suppose robots, and so not tied to any
single signed language.
Which system and which dictionary, and how is it "encoded" into a
computer system to exchange. You ask questions that don't have answers
based upon your questions.
