When I last visited Hong Kong, I picked up the standard text for HKSL
and interacted a lot with the HK Deaf community. I certainly didn't see any
ASL there, although I won't say that individual ASL signs might have made
their way into HK recently. I would state, however, that HKSL is in no way
a dialect of ASL.
