Repeat, this is an urban legend, do not disseminate.

There is no bill 602P on the Senate or House Floor, House Bills are
designated S000 (S and a number) House bills are designated HS000 (HS and a
number). Please call your Congressperson before you disseminate this kind
of scare mail.
