Dear Valerie and friends,
just a short feedback on our first GebaerdenSchrift-workshop here in Germany.
We have a wonderfull time.
There are 12 participants at our workshop.
One of them is from Finland and we love to discuss as often as possible that SW is movement- writing - donīt worry about DGS or any other SL - skills. The better you understand the rules, and basic principles the better you will understand lateron to write your own signs ... ;-)
There are 5 Deaf participants - 7 hearing
I try my best to teach bilingual ;-)
I'm so lucky to be supported by Angeline, who has become a skilled SW4.4 user.
She is able to type so quickly all the different signs with the SW4.4 programm - it is amazing we can use all these printouts imediately - on the other hand she is able to explain the principles and ideas ...
Well if you are interested what we are doing ... have a look at my attched lesson ...
A few days later I will hopefully be able to post a little report -
