Thank you, Stefan for your question. Your diagram is attached.

Your question: Does the movement in your diagram require BOTH a
Squeezing Motion and a Hinge Motion Symbol?

My answer: No. It is only a Squeezing Motion. I would only use the
dark dots for squeezing.

In other words...The two kinds of symbols are never combined. It is
either one or the other...

Plus, the dots of the Squeezing Motion should be over the ending
position, and the 5 hand isn't necessary ;-)
