Good Morning Michele and SW List Members!
Thanks once again for your web report, which I am now starting to digest. I
will be using your report and other teacher's reports to help me improve
our publications.

In regards to your paragraph above, it appears the flashcards were a
success. So....I have decided to make the flashcards an "official
SignWriting publication". In time they will be available to the general
public. They will also become an active part of the SignWriting Literacy
Project.

This means that I need to clean up the art work, and to really make a
complete set of flashcards. So this is my question to you and to all the SW
List members.....

I am thinking of making three different kinds of flashcards:

1. Story Flashcards telling a story like Goldilocks
2. SW Symbol Flashcards that are totally generic for any signed language
3. Sign Language Specific Flashcards for ASL, BSL etc.

At the moment I have one flashcard posted on the web - It is a whole ASL
sign rather than the individual SW symbols. To look at the card go to:

Sample ASL Flashcard
https://www.SignWriting.org/card000.html

So the SW Symbol flashcards would be more generic and useful for all signed
languages too, not just ASL, because they would only be SignWriting
symbols. Are there people in other countries who would use these?

Also Michele, did you feel the Goldilocks Flashcards were complete enough?
Or would you like more developed for other signs too?

Any feedback would be appreciated-

Valerie :-)
