Yes, Tony. There is. The Irish Sign Language Dictionary in
SignWriting is published at the back of this book:

"THE IRISH DEAF COMMUNITY
Volume 2: The Structure of Irish Sign Language"
by Donall P. O Baoill and Patrick A. Matthews

published by
The Linguistics Institute of Ireland
31 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2, Ireland
Director: Eoghan Mac Aogáin

Telephone: 353-1-676-5489
Fax: 353-1-661-0004

I want to personally thank Eoghan Mac Aogáin for sending me a gift of
the book..I do appreciate it...and thanks to Michael Everson in
Dublin for arranging for a copy to be sent to me....

I think the book looks great and I was tickled that SignWriting is
mentioned on the back cover...Patrick did include a comparison
between several systems, including SignWriting, HamNoSys,
word-glossing systems and so forth...and then included a dictionary
in SignWriting with life-like illustrations following the
comparison....I understand from Patrick that they will be revising
and improving the same book soon...
