Same thing with English. You got vocabulary specific to the hill
folks of the south, and vocabulary specific to southwesterners,
and the northeastern seaboard, and so forth. Language lives because
people live, language is dynamic, because people are dynamic. Hence
languages and language usage will exhibit evolutions and diversity within
subcategories of the cultures that created and maintain that language
dictates.
And dictates are responses to experiences in environments, contacts with
other
cultures, and even technology, which varies from generation to
generation.
Therefore, we have regional terms, dialects and rules of application that
are
true for one place but not necessarily true for another local.
