Nope; it's one Sign. The Signwriting symbol (grapheme, if you want) that
is used to record it--on paper or computer--is one symbol. And it is
composed of a bunch of parts which stand for the individual phonemes that
combine to make up the Sign.

(linguists get real persnickety, huh?)
