Hello! I am Jovania Carvalho, a master's student at INES. I am the teacher who wrote the series "Solidariedade," which is my educational product developed during the professional master's program. It is a series of books with an emphasis on critical literacy for children from 1st to 5th grade of elementary school, where I gradually develop reflections on comprehension. It involves cultural aspects, where through experiences, I share with the little ones possibilities for problem-solving, comfort amid pain, feelings of belonging, etc. The idea of using sign language in written form is to reach everyone. This material is available in Braille, sign language video, audio, Portuguese, and SignWriting, and also features characters in the form of dolls.
