Now that you are totally overwhelmed by attachments, I am sure many
of you would prefer a rest!
So it has been an interesting experience to teach SignWriting through
email messages. I would love to hear how you all feel about this
experience...
And Stefan, I surely hope this has helped...no matter what, such
details as circles versus rotation symbols are not that serious
because your Deaf students will learn no matter what...
And I want to wish you the best of luck in Switzerland presenting
SignWriting later this month....I know they are already using SW to a
certain extent there, but your experiences in the classroom with Deaf
children are very rare....
I sent a big box to the Deaf children in South Africa yesterday! The
teacher Ingrid Foggitt, should receive it by early next week...
And I am sending a box to France today...
And there is a nice article about SignWriting in Silent News, written
by Alexandra Han - I am thrilled and will be posting it soon...
And our web sites received an award from Encyclopedia Britannica!
So I hope to be online again in a couple of days - I need to catch up
with a mountain of work...
Have a wonderful week everyone!
Val ;-)
