The site was really wonderfull.
And for me, knowing the the German sounds are almost like the Norwegian
ones, the reading of the mouths was easy.
I think also they may help in the teaching of speech, so that this can be
done without too much time taken out from the other things the children have
to learn.
Well the point is that I am teaching speech with this "sound-set" and I can
tell you that my first - grade students take a lot of advantage out of it.
Using GebaerdenSchrift throughout all my lessons I can tell you : Donīt
worry you donīt take time away from anything. Itīs the contrary - adding
GebaerdenSchrift means to motivate my students to practice and to learn both
systems : Signlanguage and GebaerdenSchrift comes so easy - but to learn the
articulation, the spelling, the names in German is a difficult job. But here
comes the point - if they ar asked to copy the signs for the German names
into their SW-files they practice German spelling!
One technical question: Is it possible to slow the animation down a bit if
you want it (after downloading the page, perhaps?)
I can slow it down just as you want to - for how long do you want to see
each letter - I can sent it to you privately if others should feel disturbed
about large attachments ;-)
Happy New Year,
Ingvild
Yes - same to you , your family and friends ;
Happy New Year
Stefan ;-)
