So that people don't jump on my case.  The LIBRAS orientation I early proposed would not fit the system I put down as the BUTLER SYSTEM OF ORIENTATION.  The position of the second sign would be correct for the hands pointed downward, not up.
 
How does this sign look to people?  Feedback please?
