both reading and writing. You mentioned Cecelia Smith at Gallaudet
University...Cecelia's messages were excellent years ago, you are
right about that ;-)
There is also another Cecilia (different spelling)...Cecilia Flood,
who is working with Deaf children in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is
writing her dissertation at the University of New Mexico. Cecilia,
plus teachers Lorraine Crespin and Kate Dalton Lee, are using
