And of course you are right. I did have percentages and pixels confused in the total table width. I have worked on it, and re-posted it now. But something really weird is happening..In my web design software, it works beautifully...seamlessly from page to page without any jerking. But I then posted those same pages, and in Netscape they flash from page to page. And in Internet Explorer they flash from page to page on only some pages, and other pages do it seamlessly with no flash! So the goal is to have no flashing but a smooth transition from sign to sign. The pages start: https://www.signbank.org/SBI/SBI-US-0001.html In this case, I don't think we can fault the web design software...It is my lack of knowledge. I never tried to do a seamless dictionary like this before.
