SignWriting List August 13, 2001 I opened my email this evening, and found such terrific messages from friends around the world.... Miguel and Rebeca in Bolivia...Welcome to the SignWriting Literacy Project....We are very happy to include Bolivia...and I will work on your web report and packages soon. Stefan in Germany....So you received ONE copy of a GIF from me, rather than doubles?! Ha! That makes me feel good ;-))) Antonio Carlos in Brazil....Thank you for establishing the SignWriting Journal. And congratulations on the first posting today...It looks great! And Charles - congrats too, on being the first author of an article in the SignWriting Journal...It is quite amazing, when you think about it.....Would you have imagined, back when we first met in the early 1980's, that this would be happening in the year 2001? And Jerry in Utah, and Pastor Dettloff at the Deaf Church in Michigan...Thank you for your continuing contributions to Bible translations...It is remarkable work you are doing. I think in time, a collection of your Bible translations should be published in book form...The proceeds could go to your Deaf Church?...
