From a monetary point of view, the deadline of September 30 is the "early registration" fee, which is less money. But it does not mean you cannot enter later, if you can pay more money. We could always try to raise money for the fee later...the real deadline that matters is the "presentation acceptance deadline" which has to be reviewed by the Deaf Way administrators, and that deadline may have passed....But you will have to take full responsibility of getting your own forms and finding out on your own.
