November 11, 1998 Hello Everyone - I am slowly preparing reports on the SignWriting Literacy Project, and I realize that I need background information on the three schools participating this Fall. Does anyone have general information about the Robarts School for the Deaf, the Texas School for the Deaf, or the Caldwell Elementary School in Wichita, Kansas? If you can send me a brochure or flyer that would help....or better yet, write a message to this list giving us the history behind your school...is it a residential school? Is it a mainstreaming school? What is the philosophy of teaching? etc... I would appreciate any information you can give me - Many thanks for your help!
