Thank you Valerie and Bill for your response to the slow downloading of some
files. I'm sorry that I was not able to answer you sooner Bill. We did not
experience any difficulty downloading the files other than that it took a
long time. We also knew that it is due to the fact that our system is not
the fastest in the world. Perhaps I should have worded my message
differently. My main concern is that nowadays everybody wants things to
happen fast, so if they visit a website and they do not see results right
away, then they may loose interest.
I just made a comparison to the other SW websites that contain large files.
There the viewer sees something pop up on the screen almost immediately,
whereas with these recent files our screen stayed blank until the download
was nearly complete. Thanks again for your help,
