I was wondering a few things after I read those posts about publishing in SW. Are there any standards relating to how to indicate headings, bold, italics, and other standard publishing "tricks"? Is it up to the individual how they handle that? I realize that SW 4.3 doesn't offer much in the way of publishing "tricks" at this point. Will the new version offer any simple "tricks" in this vein (varying sizes, bold, whatever)? What other publishing "standards" besides typing vertically have been set for SW?
