Hi James and Listmembers,

thank you very much for this message. I agree. It is the same situation with
me. I am in need constantly to look and ask for signs during teaching and
"talking " about special events -

As soon as the Sign Bank will be established a dream will come true that we
can easyly look at the different signs that are used by the DEAF themselves
in their countries.

A first step can be the list on the SW - List - Valerie collected the signs
from the countries where SW is being studied, learned, practiced ...

So I guess that these country symbols reflect the signs that are used by
the national DEAF signers for their country. Is that correct ? (At least
the German sign is the way we in Germany sign it ;-)) )
Besides that I guess many SL in the world show up with other signs for the
countries - this would be another list - ha ! How do you spell Germany in
your countries ?

Happy New Year
Stefan ;-)
