hello all,
I try to reassociate the file. And had to first tell them that a .gif file
exist!! There was none on the list.
Then a message box with the message:
"The Windows Installer failed to install the program associated with this file.
Please contact your system administrator"

Antony, I'm assuming you're using Windows 95/98/ME. If so, you
can go into the Windows Explorer, and find Tools:Options, and look for the
"File Types" tab. Then you can find .gif files and re-associate them.
