Note: The context of the message was a response to someone who mistakenly assumes that ASL should be standardized thru some artificial means (SW and/or book that serves a bible). My post was point out why it's not going to happen to ASL or any language for that matter. Books are static, language is not. So don't you linguistics go translating this as a seige against you guys. Was no such thing. |
