Hello Wanda and Everyone -
As you know, you can set your SW List messages to DIGEST Form, or NOMAIL
Form. With the Digest Form, you will receive only one long message at the
end of each day. With the NoMail form, you will not receive any messages,
but will still be able to access the SW List archives on the web.
Here are the commands for the DIGEST form and the NOMAIL form. If there is
anyone who does not understand this, feel free to write to me privately and
I will be happy to help :-)

DIGEST FORM
The Digest is compiled by LISTSERV on a daily basis and sent to
subscribers who have their mail options set to DIGEST.
It is a single message with all of the day's messages compiled in
chronological order. For a subscriber to set their mail options to
Digest, do this:
Send this command in the body of your message:
SET SW-L DIGEST
To this address:
______________________________________________
NO MAIL
An individual subscriber, wishing to read the messages from the web
archive and not receive individual messages or the DIGEST version of the
messages and still be able to post, must set their mail options to NOMAIL.
Send this command in the body of your message:
SET SW-L NOMAIL
To this address:
_____________________________________________
TO RESUME REGULAR MAIL
Send this command in the body of your message:
SET SW-L MAIL
To this address:
______________________________________________
