The teachers were hired under previous (oralist) policies. The
new principal, appointed in 1996, instituted a policy focusing on ASL in
1998.

don't give them my personal information, so I can't read yesterday's
articles. But if you feel like giving them that information, you can
probably find it in the Metro Section.
