Hello Everyone and Henk -

I hope some of the others on the List will help you with this too...

Do not scan them in. Attach computer files to email instead.

There are five kinds of files the SW List can accept:

1. .SGN files (SignWriter Documents)

2. .DIC & .DIN files (dictionaries)

3. .GIFs (graphics files)

4. JPEGs (graphics files)

5. .PDF files (very small ones)

The document Tini typed in SignWriter 4.4 is an .SGN file. Open your
email software and tell your email software to "attach a file". It
will ask you the name of the file you wish to attach, namely
frosty.sgn or whatever you called the file, and then you send the
message to us. Then we open the frosty.sgn file with the SignWriter
program, once we receive it.

Jerry or Stefan or someone...? Can you help Henk more? I have a
meeting now with a video producer and I will not be able to be online
for the rest of the day...

Many thanks ...I do appreciate it!

PS. You can export a file to a .BMP in SW 4.4., and then make a .GIF
from there... I would be grateful if someone could tell me if it
works - ha!
