SignWriting List March 28, 2001 Hello Patsy and Everyone - Thank you for informing me about the book "Grafic Symbols in Supporting Communication". I did not know about this publication! And thanks to Liesbet for including SignWriting examples....maybe in time I can get a copy of the book... I do know Liesbet Pyffers a little. She studied with me briefly in Copenhagen, Denmark, in April, 1990, at a five-day SignWriting seminar we held there. And there were several others from the Netherlands who attended that workshop, including two Deaf people, Hank Buter and Jan Backer. Both Hank and Jan were strong SignWriting users at the time.
