Dear SW List Members:
Thank you for your many private email messages. I hope to answer them soon! ;-)

People are asking me how we enter new signs into SignBank? SignBank
is composed of several databases working together. The Portal is used
to view and print the data. The data cannot be changed in the Portal.
The Editor is used to create new dictionaries, and to make changes.
(Beta testers: do not make any changes now. A new version of the
software will be ready on April 15th...):
