For BSL try "The Linguistics of British Sign Language" by
Sutton-Spence and Woll. There's some other material in an earlier book
"Sign Language :The Study of Deaf People and Their Language" by Kyle and
Woll.
Prof Bencie Woll has been mentioned on this list several times as having
used Signwriting. Howeer, neither of the books uses SW. the earlier one
uses a variant of Stokoe the later uses English Glosses/photos/video
