December 30, 1998 QUESTION: Just a suggestion about Sign Writing: Why don't you make a video tape with all the movements of Sign Writing? I think the movements are the most difficult to learn and a video could help a lot. ANSWER: Oh yes...I agree! Right now we have two "Lessons In SignWriting Video Tapes" which give a "general introduction" to SignWriting for beginners: Video 1: Introduction to SignWriting Video 2: SignWriting Basics More advanced videos are needed. This is what we hope to produce someday: Video 3: SW Movement Symbols Video 4: SW Facial Expressions Video 5: SW Reading & Writing Skills Video 6: SW Gesture & Mime The only problem is money and time. I am praying that I can raise the funds to produce Video 3 in 1999. If there is anyone who knows of funding for video production - please tell me. And many thanks for your suggestion!
