How fascinating, Wayne! You know so much about that region...I
suspect that I became influenced by a Deaf friend who uses
SignWriting, named Abdul Aziz Al-Obaid. He brought all kinds of
literature about Saudi Arabia, his homeland, when he visited me, and
I read so many phrases in their literature saying "the Arabic
Nations", that I got used to that phrase. I read all about their
princes, their religion, their food dishes, their different tribes,
and there was great pride mentioned with the term "Arabic Nations". I
also visited "www.arabia.com" and they used that phrase
too...although I just visited their site and now I can't find it! ha
;-)

Regarding Maltese spoken language, I didn't know that! How
fascinating....Meanwhile, the Maltese Sign Language Dictionary
project is really of interest to me and others...they have used
SignWriting and I look forward to seeing more Maltese signs...

Wayne - can you tell us a little bit about your new language school?
Are you including Taiwan Sign Language written in SignWriting ?
.......(just kidding)....I am assuming you are not, but I am
interested in learning more about your school...Val ;-)
