From what I understand of Sergio and Rikki's discussion, they are
talking about a way to use the keyboard setup for SignWriter to enter
signs.

It should be possible to write a Visual Basic macro that will
access the .dic file and display the signs the way that SignWriter does.
I don't think that's what they're working on now, but it could be done.

I want to point out that the dictionary pasting primarily serves
hearing people who have a spoken-language word in mind. Since that seems
to be mostly who's creating SignWriting documents now, it's probably worth
doing.
